Become a Kid-Friendly Business because KidsMatter to You!
Join KidsMatter’s growing number of businesses committed to making a positive difference in the lives of youth!
They practice this by embracing the following Kid-Friendly Business Principles:

¨      Perceiving young people as resources rather than problems.

¨      Greeting every child and teen who comes into their stores, restaurants or places of business with a smile.

¨      Respecting input that their teen employees share with them, recognizing that teen insights are valuable measures of current trends.

¨      Providing young employees with a safe, healthy work environment.

¨      Encouraging and valuing adult involvement in youth serving organizations.

¨      Encouraging employees to prioritize family needs and family time.
