KidsMatter to Lou’s Fundraiser
Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria on Monday, June 14, 2010, from 4:30 – 10:00 PM. Good food for a good cause.  Join KidsMatter for dinner at one of the best restaurants in downtown Naperville, enjoy live music provided by a wide variety of singing groups from local area high schools and Lou’s will donate 20% of the cost of your dinner to KidsMatter.

Skaters’ Picnic
Centennial Beach Skate Park on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. All skaters are invited to attend a free picnic lunch served by the Naperville Police, Naperville Park District Police and KidsMatter. This year’s celebration will include performances by Character Skateboards from Chicago.

Youth Volunteer Fair
Naperville Municipal Center on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Students in grades 6 – 12 are invited to attend this free Fair and connect with 30+ local organizations and agencies who offer a wide variety of volunteer youth service opportunities and family volunteer opportunities.

National Family Week
KidsMatter is celebrating National Family Day’s mission of encouraging frequent family dinners as an effective tool to help keep kids substance free during the week of September 22, 2010.  Three Family Programs are offered: KidsMatter Family Festival, Enjoy Dinner Out With Your Family, Enjoy Dinner At Home.

Naperville Youth Service Awards
Naperville Municipal Center on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 from 5:30 – 8:30PM. KidsMatter, along with the Mayor and City Council, recognize youth who demonstrate exemplary service to their community.
