Organizational Structure (Return to Our Story)
KidsMatter, formerly known as The Naperville Youth Development Coalition, is a
not-for-profit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes
within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All those interested in building Developmental
Assets in youth in the greater Naperville area are considered members of
KidsMatter.
KidsMatter is governed by a Board of Asset Trustees. The Asset
Trustees for 2008 are listed below.
